TEMPORARY RESIDENTS:
As of June 1, 2011, the 2D bar code forms listed below are the only temporary resident application forms that will be accepted by the Immigration Section.
- Application for Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside of Canada [IMM 5257] (01-2011)
- Application for a Study Permit [IMM 1294] (01-2011)
- Application for a Work Permit [IMM 1295] (01-2011)
These forms must be completed electronically using a computer. Applications completed by hand will be returned unprocessed to the applicant.
